Lunatic in this case does not mean "Crazy", it means comming from the moon (Witch refer to Kaguya's beauty, in the game her beauty is compared to the Moon's beauty). Also, her title as a princess is not due to her royalty, but for her impressive beauty XD

If not for Fujiyama Volcano, Mokou would be an easier boss than Kaguya. And Kaguya is still easier than Eirin, past Hard mode. Easy mode Eirin is just too much a cakewalk.
